HOTEL CREINA, Koroška cesta 5, 4000 Kranj is under video surveillance.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING:
We perform video surveillance of access to the parking lot, to the hotel itself and to official or business premises, as well as within business premises in accordance with Articles 7 and 78 of the law Zakon o varstvu osebnih podatkov "Personal Data Protection Act" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, st. 163/22, ZVOP-2) with the following purposes:
- ensuring the safety of people and property (equipment, goods),
- ensuring the control of entry or exit to or from business premises (main entrance, office entrance),
- in case of possible attempts of vandalism or other criminal offenses (theft, burglary...) to determine the identity of the perpetrator and take appropriate action.

We would like to inform you that HOTEL CREINA, Koroška cesta 5, 4000 Kranj, Slovenia carries out video surveillance of access to the parking lot, to the hotel and to the business premises (main entrance, service entrance), in the surroundings of the company's business or working premises, as well as within business or workspace (hereinafter: video surveillance) at the location or at Koroška cesta 5, 4000 Kranj, Slovenia.

2. Purposes for which personal data are processed or video surveillance is carried out:
The processing of personal data using a video surveillance system is carried out in order to ensure the optimal level of protection of persons and property that are or is in the protected area of the operator. The operator shall perform video surveillance for:
- ensuring the protection of the interests of the company and thus:
- ensuring the security and safety of employees,
- protection of the company's assets (equipment, goods, working assets and appliances),
- ensuring the control of entry or exit to or from business premises (main entrance, office entrance),
- for the purpose of more recent identification of the missing goods (e.g. theft) and in the event of attempts at vandalism or other criminal offense (theft, burglary...) to determine the identity of the perpetrator and take appropriate action.
3. Legal basis for the processing of personal data:
Video surveillance is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interests of the operator, Art. 6(1)(f) of the Splošna uredba o varstvu podatkov "General Data Protection Regulation" in conjunction with Articles 76, 7 and 78 of the ZVOP-2 law.
4. Types of personal data processed:
Video surveillance is introduced and carried out primarily to protect the company's assets and the safety of employees or for the purposes defined in point 2 of this notice. Based on video surveillance, we process the following personal data:
- individual image/photo (picture),
- place of recording and date of the recording.
5. Users or categories of users of personal data:
Director of the company and eventually authorized persons.
6. Authorized persons to access live image and monitor live events and audio intervention:
The authorized person to examine the recordings and/or the sight of the live image shall be the director of the company. Sound intervention for the period of video surveillance is not carried out.
7. Information on transfers of personal data to a third country or an international organization:
We do not transfer personal data to third countries.
8. Period of retention of personal data:
Video recordings of persons for the purposes set out in point 2 of this notice shall be kept for a maximum of 2 (two) months. After the expiration of the deadline, personal data is automatically deleted.
9. Information on the existence of individual rights:
In relation to your personal data, you have at your disposal:
- the right of access,
- the right to correct incomplete and inappropriate data,
- the right to erasure,
- the right to restriction of processing,
- the right to object.
